Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the design of the company's product operation and maintenance architecture.
- Write deployment documentation, implementing online environment deployments, managing version release changes
- Responding to emergency incidents, tracking and resolving issues, designing and implementing logging and monitoring system solutions.
- Participating in the design of automated operation and maintenance platforms, and planning and implementing CI/CD processes.
Qualifications:
- Over 5 years of operation and maintenance experience in the internet industry, with experience in managing high-concurrency and massive user operations.
- Over 3 years of experience in large network maintenance, familiar with routing and switching from various vendors and computer maintenance.
- Experience in managing large-scale Kubernetes clusters and understanding their working principles.
- Proficient in various network protocols including HTTP, TCP, WS, and UDP.
- Skilled in Python/Go programming languages and shell scripting.
- Proficient in the architectural principles, installation, and configuration of mainstream open-source systems such as Nginx, Redis, MySQL, Kafka, ELK, Prometheus, Jenkins, and microservices frameworks.
- Familiar with the use of mainstream Linux operating systems.
- Proficient in the use of public cloud products (e.g., Alibaba Cloud, AWS).
- Knowledgeable in virtualization, storage, network security, LAN, and WAN technologies.
- Clear and agile thinking, strong logical analysis skills, good verbal and written communication abilities, and able to work under pressure.
- Experience in designing monitoring and logging systems, with proficiency in using cloud-native tools like Helm.
- Must be able to communicate in Mandarin due to the need to collaborate with Chinese speaking stakeholders
