Sr DevOps Engineer Grade: IS3 Location: Offshore India Tower: DCC Role Summary Designs builds and operates the CICD pipelines and DevSecOps toolchain for the SCF platform Ensures automated build test security scan and release pipelines are operational from Day 1 of the Build phase and maintained throughout the engagement Key Responsibilities � Design and implement CICD pipelines using GitHub Actions or GitLab CI for all 6 core microservices and frontend applications � Integrate automated quality gates: unit test coverage checks >80 SAST scanning SnykCheckmarx DAST scanning OWASP ZAP and container image scanning � Implement GitOps-based deployment workflows using Helm and ArgoCD or Flux � Manage Docker image builds container registries and image versioning strategies � Implement policy-as-code for continuous compliance checks across infrastructure and application deployments � Support release management: release branching strategy release notes generation and deployment artefact packaging � Monitor pipeline health build times and failure rates; continuously optimise pipeline performance � Collaborate with the Cloud Architect on environment provisioning automation Required Skills Experience � 5+ years in DevOpsplatform engineering with at least 2 years in a banking fintech or financial services delivery context � Expert-level GitHub Actions or GitLab CI pipeline design � Strong Docker and Kubernetes experience building deploying and managing containerised applications � Experience integrating SAST tools Snyk Checkmarx or SonarQube and DAST tools OWASP ZAP into CICD pipelines � Proficiency with Helm ArgoCD or Flux for GitOps deployments � Experience with secrets management in CICD pipelines Vault AWS Secrets Manager � Scripting proficiency: Bash Python or Groovy � Awareness of change control audit trail and release governance requirements in regulated environments Nice to Have � AWS Certified DevOps Engineer Associate or equivalent � Experience with policy-as-code tools OPAGatekeeper Checkov � Familiarity with Terraform for infrastructure provisioning within pipelines � Knowledge of DORA metrics and DevOps performance measurement
