About this position:
We are eagerly seeking candidates with 5 to 8 years’ experience for a DevOps Engineer, to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role within the team to who is a skilled professional with exposure to cloud platforms, DevOps, and data visualization, preferably with Financial Domain exposure. You will collaborate with internal teams to design, develop, deploy, and maintain software applications at scale

Impact you will realize: Job Responsibilities
- Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Develop, maintain, and improve Infrastructure as Code scripts and configurations to automate the provisioning and management of infrastructure components.
- Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD): Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines, enabling automated testing, integration, and deployment of applications.
- System Administration: Perform system and server administration tasks, including configuring and maintaining Linux-based servers.
- Monitoring and Alerting: Set up and maintain monitoring systems for infrastructure, applications, and services. Respond to and resolve incidents as they arise.
- Security: Collaborate with security teams to ensure the security and compliance of systems and applications.
- Collaboration: Work closely with software development teams to provide support and guidance on best practices in DevOps, including containerization, orchestration, and version control.
- Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation for processes, configurations, and procedures.
- Troubleshooting: Investigate and resolve technical issues related to infrastructure, applications, and deployments.
Key skills you will require:
Primary Skills
- Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of DevOps best practices and principles.
- Knowledge of Azure cloud platform
- Extensive experience with AWS/Azure/GCP and its services like, but not limited to - compute, networks, storage, databases, analytics.
- Extensive experience in Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment techniques and tools like Azure Build, Jenkins, Spinnaker, Nexus, etc.
- Extensive experience with containerization and orchestration technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experienced infrastructure provisioning using Infrastructure as a Code – Terraform – in a stages environments.
- Proficiency in scripting and programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, Shell, Bash or others).
- Experience with source code management and CI/CD tools (e.g., Git, Jenkins, Travis CI).
- Experienced in source code systems and branching strategies
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration management processes
- Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure-related issues.
- Good hands-on exposure of infrastructure as code tools like Terraform or Ansible
- Knowledge of various Azure Infra services and their configurations
- Hands on knowledge of Docker and K8 cluster management
