Role Overview
As a DevOps Lead, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping and maintaining the infrastructure that drives our cutting-edge solutions. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of DevOps engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.
- Design, implement, and manage scalable, secure, and high-performance infrastructure.
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines, ensuring smooth and efficient software delivery.
- Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to streamline processes and improve productivity.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize infrastructure for better efficiency and reliability.
- Implement and manage automation tools for infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, and application deployment.
- Ensure robust security practices are in place and adhered to across all environments.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies, bringing innovative solutions to the team.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in DevOps, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
- Proficiency in automation tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or Chef.
- Experience with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines, version control systems (Git), and monitoring tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
