We are seeking a AWS Cloud Operations Engineer to work Remote - Travel required for Atlanta GA for meetings
🔹 Primary Skills:
- AWS Systems Manager (SSM), Patch Manager & Automation
- EC2 Image Builder – CIS Level 1 hardened Windows/Linux AMIs
- AWS Control Tower, AWS Organizations & Account Factory
- EC2, VPC, IAM, CloudWatch, CloudTrail & AWS Config
- Windows Server, Linux (RHEL/Ubuntu) Administration
- Terraform / CloudFormation
- PowerShell, Bash, or Python scripting
🔹 Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of hands-on AWS administration experience.
- Active AWS SysOps Administrator – Associate, CloudOps Engineer – Associate, or Solutions Architect – Associate certification.
- Experience with AWS Systems Manager, EC2 Image Builder, and Control Tower.
- Experience supporting regulated environments (IRS 1075/FTI, CJIS, HIPAA, or NIST 800-53).
- Must reside and work in the United States.
- Must be able to pass fingerprint-based background checks for IRS 1075 and FBI CJIS access.
