Job Description
We are looking for a skilled DevOps Engineer with strong expertise in Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, and CI/CD integration. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in deploying and managing infrastructure using automation tools, along with excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
Technical Skills - Docker:
- Ability to build custom Docker images using Dockerfile.
- Debug running Docker containers.
- Integrate Docker with CI/CD pipelines.
- Kubernetes:
- Set up and manage Kubernetes clusters.
- Deploy applications on Kubernetes clusters with knowledge of best practices.
- Work with Ingress controllers, service discovery, load balancers, and automate deployments using Helm charts.
- Scripting/Automation:
- Write and debug automation code/scripts.
- Integrate third-party libraries in the code/script using tools like:
- Any 2 from: Ansible, Python, Shell, Linux, Unix, Groovy, Java, Powershell, Golang.
- Infrastructure as Code (IaC):
- Write and debug complex infrastructure configurations.
- Integrate with CI/CD pipelines using:
- Any 1 from: Terraform, Puppet, Github, OpenShift, OpenTofu.
- Experience with large-scale deployments using infrastructure-as-code, adhering to best practices.
- AWS Expertise:
- Strong knowledge of DevOps with an understanding of branching strategy.
- Working experience with Amazon CLI, EC2, S3, VPC, Route 53, RDS, DynamoDB, Lambda, Elastic Beanstalk, CloudWatch, and CloudFormation.
- Set up and debug CI/CD pipelines on the AWS platform, integrating AWS services with other CI/CD tools.
- Configure and manage EKS, including deploying applications on EKS clusters.
Non-Technical Skills - Agile Methodologies: Experience working in Agile environments (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
- Tools: Any 1 from JIRA, ADO.
- Troubleshooting: Ability to perform rapid troubleshooting and conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
- Collaboration: Team player with a positive attitude.
- Communication: Good verbal and written communication skills.
