As a Cloud Migration Engineer, you will provide assessment of existing solutions and infrastructure to migrate to the cloud. You will plan, deliver, and implement application and data migration with scalable, high-performance solutions using private and public cloud technologies driving next-generation business outcomes. Your typical day will involve evaluating current systems, designing cloud migration strategies, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful implementation of cloud solutions.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Design and implement cloud migration strategies.
- Evaluate existing systems and infrastructure for cloud migration.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of cloud solutions.
- Manage and oversee the migration process, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Cloud Automation DevOps.
- Experience with cloud migration and implementation.
- Strong understanding of cloud technologies and architectures.
- Knowledge of private and public cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.
- Familiarity with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
- Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Cloud Automation DevOps.
- This position is based at our Bhubaneswar office.
- A BE Computer Science Graduate is required.
