The Role:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Solution Architect who can drive the design and architecture of complex systems. This role is critical in addressing customer challenges and providing expert guidance across multiple architectural perspectives, including Infrastructure, Applications (Front-End and Back-End), Data, AI, DevOps, and Security.
Key Responsibilities:
- Architectural Leadership: Create and deliver solutions that address customer challenges, providing concrete architectural and design guidance.
- Expertise Across Domains: Demonstrate authority in various architectural perspectives, including Infrastructure, Applications (FE, BE), Data, AI, DevOps, and Security. Expertise in AI/Gen AI is particularly important.
- Hands-On Support: Be prepared to roll up your sleeves and assist the team by demonstrating how tasks should be done, if necessary.
- Collaboration with Tech Leads: Work directly with approximately 5 Tech Leads spread across 2 squads. While you won't manage the team, you will guide and lead them through various reviews and design processes.
- Distributed Systems Experience: Leverage your experience in building and running highly distributed applications to ensure robust and scalable solutions.
Technical Requirements: - Tech Stack Expertise:
- React
- FastAPI
- Python
- Azure/AWS
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in product development is preferred but not mandatory.
- Proven track record in building and maintaining highly distributed applications is a must.
Education Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in a similar role, with a focus on architectural design and leadership.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
