We're seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer to help build and maintain a robust and scalable cloud infrastructure. You'll play a crucial role in ensuring maximum uptime, reliability, and performance of our systems.
Responsibilities:
- Infrastructure Development: Build and maintain cloud infrastructure using AWS (EC2, RDS, S3, ECS, Route53).
- Automation: Design, implement, and manage automation solutions (Ansible, Terraform) to streamline operations.
- Monitoring and Troubleshooting: Monitor system health, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions using tools like DataDog and Splunk.
- CI/CD Pipelines: Collaborate with development teams to optimize CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins) for efficient deployment.
- Security: Prioritize security best practices to protect our infrastructure and data.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously identify and implement performance improvements.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Strong proficiency in AWS services (EC2, RDS, S3, ECS, Route53)
- Expertise in DevOps tools (Docker, Ansible, Terraform, Jenkins)
- Deep understanding of Linux systems administration and shell scripting
- Experience with monitoring tools (DataDog, Splunk)
- Knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS)
- Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
- Passion for automation and continuous improvement
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Database administration (MySQL)
- Python scripting
- Experience with high-traffic, high-load systems
