Job Description:
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AWS security standards, security architecture design, and DevSecOps practices. This role requires expertise in implementing security guardrails, IAM management, and designing secure network infrastructure within AWS.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
5 + years of experience in IT security, with a focus on AWS security.
Strong knowledge of AWS security services and best practices.
knowledge of Terraform for infrastructure automation.
Experience with SIEM tools and AWS logging services.
Experience with security frameworks and standards (NIST, CIS, etc.)
Experience with setting AWS security standards / guardrails (SCPs, high level security policies, remote access procedures, IAM, etc..)
Experience in integrating AWS into the security stack (Wiz, Sentinel, etc…)
problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Certified Security specialty or similar certifications preferred.
Experience with network design and security within AWS.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevSecOps
