Summary: This role involves serving as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Intune/SCCM planning, design, build, testing, and deployment activities. Key responsibilities include assessing existing environments, creating high-level scopes, and developing proof-of-concept methods. Additionally, the role entails setting up AutoPilot deployment for Windows platforms, identifying new Intune policies and features, migrating Group Policy Objects (GPOs) to Intune, managing workloads between SCCM and Intune, and handling Windows update troubleshooting.
Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Conduct end-to-end assessments of existing environments.
2. Create high-level scopes and proof-of-concept methods.
3. Set up AutoPilot deployment for Windows platforms.
4. Identify and implement new Intune policies and features based on OS/Branch updates.
5. Migrate GPOs to Intune.
6. Manage workloads between SCCM and Intune.
7. Troubleshoot Windows updates via WSUS and WUFB.
8. Handle driver and BIOS update management.
9. Manage applications via Intune.
10. Collaborate with security teams to implement security and device management policies.
Professional & Technical Skills:
• Strong knowledge of Intune and SCCM.
• Experience with AutoPilot deployment.
• Proficiency in Windows update management.
• Familiarity with application management via Intune.
• Understanding of security policies and device management.
Additional Information:
• Update existing High-Level Designs (HLDs) and Low-Level Designs (LLDs) for Enterprise Intune/SCCM, considering customer requirements, scalability, adaptability, and industry best practices.
• Create Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and Knowledge Base (KB) documents.
• Develop configurations, and design documentation.
• Manage reporting, including creating and administering, collections, and custom reports.
• Perform general SCCM and Intune administration and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with incident, change, and program management.
• Implement an “Ever Green” approach for Windows OS upgrades, including planning, designing, testing, and defect management.
