- What are the main roles and responsibilities?
We look after and support multiple business units, retail, digital banking, as well as Payment Platforms
24/7/365 monitoring, first and second line of all business units, we also are incident management, triage and customer facing (on the phone), we work closely with SRE, Development teams and Management layers across all our business units.

- What do we need from you?
A good basic grasp of Linux
An understanding of ITIL
