Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Azure Cloud Support Engineer to join our team. As a fresher or intern, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our clients using Microsoft Azure cloud services. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience with cloud technologies and develop your skills in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Responsibilities:
- Technical Support: Respond to technical queries and issues related to the Azure platform.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve Azure-related issues, including system outages or performance problems.
- Client Interaction: Work closely with clients to understand their cloud computing needs and recommend suitable Azure solutions.
- Monitoring: Monitor system performance and ensure all elements of the Azure platform are functioning as expected.
- Documentation: Document technical issues and solutions in the support ticket system for future reference.
- Collaboration: Work with the Azure development team to report bugs and suggest improvements.
- Learning and Development: Stay up-to-date with the latest Azure products and features and participate in training sessions.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Knowledge: Basic understanding of cloud computing concepts and Microsoft Azure services.
- Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well in a team.
- Attitude: Eagerness to learn, proactive approach, and a customer-focused mindset.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Certifications: Any relevant Azure certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals) are a plus.
- Experience: Previous internship or project experience with cloud technologies is advantageous but not required.
