Role Overview
We are looking for a strong, proactive leader to take on the role of ServiceNow ITSM & Catalog DevOps Lead. This individual will act as the single point of contact (PoC) on behalf of the client, ensuring seamless communication and execution of all ServiceNow-related work. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing vendor teams, ensuring timely and high-quality deliveries, and driving automation and integration initiatives within the ITSM and Catalog space.
Key Responsibilities- Serve as the primary PoC for the client, managing expectations, addressing concerns, and ensuring smooth project execution.
- Oversee and coordinate all vendor team activities, ensuring adherence to timelines, SLAs, and quality benchmarks.
- Manage end-to-end ServiceNow ITSM and Service Catalog development, including design, configuration, and implementation.
- Ensure integration of ServiceNow with other enterprise systems to streamline workflows and enhance automation.
- Drive process improvements, optimize ServiceNow functionalities, and support ITSM best practices.
- Act as a technical and strategic advisor, identifying potential risks, challenges, and opportunities in ServiceNow implementations.
Required Qualifications & Skills- 9-12 years of experience in ServiceNow ITSM, Catalog Management, and DevOps.
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow development, integration, and automation.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, test automation, and infrastructure management.
- Ability to coordinate, manage, and hold vendor teams accountable for project milestones and SLAs.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- Experience in stakeholder management and client engagement.
- Certifications such as ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA), ITSM Certification, or DevOps-related certifications are preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
