About the Team:
Join a dedicated group of professionals focused on optimizing our infrastructure, deployment processes, and overall system performance. As the Engineering Manager for the Infrastructure Team at Neuron7.ai, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, implementation, and management of our core infrastructure systems. You will lead a team of talented engineers, ensuring the delivery of scalable, secure, and compliant infrastructure solutions. Your role will include technical leadership, team management, and ensuring compliance with industry standards such as SOC2.
What You’ll Do:
Lead and mentor a high-performing infrastructure engineering team.
Design and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins and Chef.
Oversee the implementation of containerization solutions and manage deployments in Azure cloud environments.
Ensure infrastructure security by conducting regular audits and implementing best practices.
Manage and execute compliance frameworks such as SOC2, leading the team through multiple successful audit cycles
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate infrastructure solutions into product development workflows
Oversee the maintenance and optimization of Linux-based systems and network configurations
Develop and implement Bash scripts to automate processes and improve efficiency
Partner with stakeholders to define and prioritize infrastructure projects aligned with business goals
Stay updated on emerging technologies and compliance requirements to ensure the team remains at the forefront of innovation and security
What We’re Looking For:
•Minimum 10 years of professional experience in infrastructure engineering or related fields.
At least 2 years of people management experience as a team lead or manager.
•Expertise in CI/CD tools like Jenkins and Chef.
•Strong proficiency in Bash scripting, Linux OS, and network fundamentals.
•Familiarity with Azure cloud services and containerization techniques such as Docker and Kubernetes.
•Proven experience working at product companies, managing production infrastructure at scale.
•Hands-on experience with security audits and compliance frameworks like SOC2.
•Demonstrated ability to lead teams through multiple successful audit cycles.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to collaborate across teams and mentor engineers.
Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of additional compliance frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, HIPAA).
Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform or Ansible.
Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK Stack
Understanding of MLOps or DevOps best practices.
