Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled AWS DevOps Engineer to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in AWS, Kubernetes, CI/CD, Ansible, and Linux administration, along with strong scripting skills. This role involves managing cloud infrastructure, automating deployments, and ensuring system reliability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and troubleshoot AWS infrastructure and cloud applications.
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, Git, or Azure DevOps (ADO).
- Deploy and manage Kubernetes clusters, workloads, and networking policies.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using Ansible.
- Write and maintain scripts in PowerShell, Bash, or Python.
- Monitor cloud applications and security using tools like New Relic, Sumologic, OpenSearch/Kibana, CrowdStrike, etc.
- Perform Disaster Recovery (DR) and Business Continuity Planning (BCP) tests for AWS applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Development, Security, and Management) to manage vulnerabilities and compliance.
Required Skills & Experience:
- AWS (5+ years) – Hands-on experience with at least 7-8 AWS services.
- Kubernetes (4+ years) – Experience in deploying, managing, and troubleshooting Kubernetes environments.
- Ansible (2+ years) – Proficiency in automation and configuration management.
- CI/CD (4+ years) – Experience with Jenkins, Git, Azure DevOps (ADO), or similar tools.
- Scripting (2+ years) – Proficiency in PowerShell, Bash, or Python.
- Linux Administration – Strong knowledge of Linux-based environments.
- Good Communication Skills – Ability to work effectively across teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
- AWS Certifications (Associate-level required; Professional/Specialty preferred).
- Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) is an added advantage.
- Strong knowledge of cloud networking (VPC, VPN, Load Balancers, AWS EKS networking).
- Experience with security and monitoring tools like New Relic, Sumologic, OpenSearch/Kibana, CrowdStrike.
