This job description is for the role of Senior Network Engineer / Principal Network Engineer with Aeries, for our preferred client, Constant Contact. In this role, you will be working directly for Constant Contact, as an employee of Aeries.

Job Summary:
As a DevOps Engineer, you will be responsible for implementing and managing our cloud-based data infrastructure using AWS and Snowflake. You will collaborate with engineers, and other stakeholders to design, deploy, and maintain a robust data ecosystem that supports AMP team’s initiatives. Your expertise in DevOps will be crucial in enhancing our pipelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Infrastructure Management: Design, deploy, and manage AWS cloud infrastructure, ensuring high availability and scalability while adhering to security best practices.
- Pipeline Deployment: Collaborate with IT / engineering teams to deploy and maintain efficient pipelines.
- Information Security: Integrate security controls into all aspects of the data infrastructure, including encryption, access control, and compliance with data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).
- CI/CD Implementation: Develop and maintain continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines for applications and services.
- Support and Troubleshooting: Deploy updates and fixes, provide Level 2 technical support, and perform root cause analysis of production errors to resolve technical issues effectively.
- Tool Development: Build tools to reduce the occurrence of errors and improve the customer experience, and develop software to integrate with internal back-end systems.
- Monitoring and Performance Tuning: Implement monitoring solutions to track data workflows and system performance, proactively identifying and resolving issues.
- Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and support initiatives.
- Documentation: Create and maintain documentation for architecture, processes, workflows, and security protocols to ensure knowledge sharing and compliance.
Qualifications:

- Relevant security certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, AWS Certified Security) are a plus.
