Role: DevOps Engineer
Location: Chicago, IL. (Onsite, Hybrid)
Compensation: Up to $180K per year - depends on experience plus benefits
Direct Hire: Permanent Full Time
The skills:
- Cloud Platforms: Expertise in major cloud platforms like Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure or others
- Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Proficiency in tools like Terraform, AWS CloudFormation, or Azure Resource Manager to automate the provisioning and management of cloud resources.
- DevOps Tools: Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, Git, and CI/CD pipelines to automate software delivery and deployment processes.
- Monitoring and Logging: Experience with monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or AWS CloudWatch, and logging solutions like ELK Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana) for tracking system performance, troubleshooting, and debugging.
- Containers and Orchestration: Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and container orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes for managing containerized applications at scale.
- At least with 4 years experience
