Job Description:
● 8+ Years of Total IT experience.
● 6+ years of SFDC experience.
● Experience in assessing as DevOps setup and able suggest future state
● Experience in identifying environment strategy and branching strategy
● Experience in configuring Version Control and commands E.g., GIT.
● Experience in developing validation and deployment pipelines in Azure DevOps or BitBucket or Jenkin or GitLab using scripting language or PowerShell
● Knowledgeable in Salesforce Admin features, understanding of different Sandbox types and Salesforce OOB features for deployment along best practices for Salesforce Deployments for avoiding merge conflicts and overwriting
● Experience in SFDX-CLI and ANT migration tool for Salesforce Deployments.
● Experience in installing and upgrading managed package.
● Must have certifications Salesforce Certified Administrator and at least on CI/CD tool specific certifications
Additional desired skills:
● Good working knowledge in other DevOps tools such as Flosum, Copado, Gearset.
● Experience in project management tools like JIRA.
● Understanding of common deployment issues and be able to resolve deployment issues
● Understanding of integration platforms such as, but not limited to: Cast Iron, Boomi, Informatica, Tibco etc..
● Able to translate the customer requirements and gap/fit analysis into comprehensible functional
configuration of Salesforce.com.
● Proven track record of writing, interpreting and managing deliverables of a consulting engagement.
● Must be able to think independently and creatively.
● Aptitude for taking on technical challenges.
● Awareness of the changing Cloud ecosystem and adjust to new technologies, methods, and apps.
