Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Azure DevOps Lead with 3-6 years of experience to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps, as well as providing guidance to junior team members. You will work closely with development teams to ensure smooth and efficient software delivery processes. If you have a strong understanding of DevOps principles and Azure DevOps, and you are passionate about improving workflows and optimizing delivery pipelines, we would love to have you on board.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps to automate and streamline the software delivery process.
- Ensure seamless integration of development and deployment workflows for enterprise-level applications.
- Lead the development of DevOps strategies and processes to optimize efficiency and productivity.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior DevOps team members.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends and advancements in Azure DevOps and the broader DevOps ecosystem.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of developers to ensure continuous integration and delivery of high-quality software.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to deployment, automation, and system integration.
- Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure clear understanding of DevOps processes.
Required Qualifications:
- 3-4 years of experience working with Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipeline management.
- Strong understanding of DevOps concepts, including automation, monitoring, and deployment best practices.
- Experience working in teams of 5-10 developers and contributing to collaborative DevOps processes.
- Experience in guiding and mentoring junior team members.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex DevOps processes to non-technical team members.
- Self-motivated and continuously staying updated with the latest trends in DevOps and Azure.
- Foundational certifications in Azure DevOps (Azure DevOps Fundamentals or equivalent).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in designing and implementing enterprise-grade DevOps systems and frameworks.
- Experience leading and managing teams of developers in a DevOps environment.
