Responsibilities
We are looking for a motivated DevOps Intern to join our dynamic team in Electrical & Industrial Solutions Group Center of Excellence (EISG COE) and gain hands-on experience in automation and deployment processes. As a DevOps Intern, you will work closely with our engineering team to support the development and deployment of applications, ensuring efficient and reliable system performance. This role provides an opportunity to work on real-world projects and improve technical skills.
About The Team:
Our team focuses on developing and supporting in-circuit test (ICT) solutions for PCB manufacturing, ensuring high-quality and efficient testing processes. They work on advancing the i3070 ICT system, optimizing hardware and software to meet evolving industry needs.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in automating infrastructure provisioning, configuration, and deployment.
- Support CI/CD pipeline development and maintenance using tools like Jenkins, Bitbucket CI/CD, i.e. setting up nightly build.
- Collaborate with developers and operations teams to streamline software delivery, i.e. optimizing software installer logic.
- Write and maintain scripts using Powershell, Bash, Python, or other scripting languages.
- Document DevOps processes, configurations, and best practices.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in Bachelor/Master Computer Science/Electrical/Electronic Engineering or a software related discipline, from an accredited college or university
- Able to work independently and creatively
- Basic knowledge of command-line tools.
- Understanding of version control systems like Git.
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and automation tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn new technologies.
