Job Summary
We are looking for an
L2 AWS Cloud Engineer to join our team. The role involves managing and supporting AWS cloud infrastructure, handling service requests, and troubleshooting issues. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with AWS services, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a 24/7 rotational shift environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle service requests and incidents using JIRA, ensuring timely resolution.
- Manage and troubleshoot AWS services, including EC2, S3, RDS, ELB, SES, IAM, Lambda, and Route 53.
- Monitor and optimize system performance and availability.
- Maintain accurate documentation for processes and resolutions.
- Collaborate with development and operations teams for application and infrastructure support.
Requirements
- AWS certification (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect or AWS Certified SysOps Engineer).
- 3+ years of experience in AWS cloud engineering or related roles.
- Hands-on experience with AWS services and tools.
- Familiarity with service ticketing systems (JIRA preferred).
- Basic knowledge of networking and cloud security best practices.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Flexibility to work in a 24/7 rotational shift, including nights and weekends.
