Role OverviewAs a DevOps Lead, you will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable and secure infrastructure solutions. You will collaborate closely with development, security, and operations teams to streamline deployments, enhance system reliability, and optimize cloud-native technologies. Key Responsibilities- Design, implement, and manage robust CI/CD pipelines to ensure seamless software deployments.
- Oversee cloud infrastructure, focusing on Kubernetes (AWS EKS), Docker, and other containerization tools.
- Administer network security solutions using Cisco, HP, Juniper, or Fortigate technologies.
- Optimize infrastructure for high availability, scalability, and security across cloud environments.
- Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions for proactive system management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive DevOps best practices and automation strategies.
- Lead incident response efforts, ensuring rapid issue resolution and minimal service disruptions.
- Maintain documentation and best practices for infrastructure and DevOps processes.
Required Skills & Experience- 7-10 years of experience in DevOps, cloud infrastructure, and automation.
- Hands-on expertise with Kubernetes (AWS EKS), Docker, and cloud-native application deployments.
- Strong knowledge of networking and security frameworks using Cisco, HP, Juniper, or Fortigate.
- Proficiency in infrastructure as code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible.
- Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or ArgoCD.
- Strong scripting skills in Python, Bash, or similar languages.
- Familiarity with observability tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, or Datadog.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive and collaborative approach.
Preferred Qualifications- Certifications such as AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, CKA (Certified Kubernetes Administrator), or CCNP (Cisco Certified Network Professional) are a plus.
- Experience in managing hybrid cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Knowledge of compliance and security best practices in cloud infrastructure.
