Varian – A Siemens Healthineers Company is looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer with deep expertise in Kubernetes (both on-prem and cloud), Terraform, and Azure to lead and scale modern DevOps practices across our product teams. This role is central to enabling rapid, secure, and reliable software delivery pipelines that support mission-critical healthcare solutions.
You will play a key role in the implementation and continuous improvement of CI/CD/CT (Continuous Integration / Delivery / Testing) pipelines, partnering closely with development teams to ensure deployment scalability, observability, and resilience. While your primary focus will be on DevOps tooling and automation, experience or interest in DevSecOps and security automation is considered a strong plus.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation and enhancement of CI/CD/CT pipelines, enabling faster and more reliable product releases.
- Support and extend on-prem and cloud-based Kubernetes infrastructure.
- Develop and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform on Azure.
- Collaborate with development teams to integrate DevOps best practices into the SDLC.
- Troubleshoot deployment and environment issues, considering interdependencies and compliance requirements (e.g., GE Healthcare QMS).
- Coordinate efforts across multiple development teams to align roadmaps and priorities.
