Must Haves:
• 7+ years of experience in enterprise architecture or technical leadership roles.
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics (CRM/ERP), Procurement systems, WMX platforms, and Oracle ERP.
• Proven expertise in system integration, middleware solutions, and API design.
• Deep understanding of Front (CRM), Mid (WMX), and Back (Oracle ERP)-office business processes and technology landscapes.
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and modern architecture patterns (microservices, event-driven).
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
Plusses:
• Certifications such as TOGAF, Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Architect, or Oracle Certified Architect.
• Experience in supply chain, manufacturing, or retail industries.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure-as-code.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies."
Job Summary:
Insight global is looking for an experienced Technical Architect to lead the architectural design and technology strategy across Front, Mid, and Back-office systems. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics, Procurement platforms, WMX (Warehouse Management), and Oracle applications, ensuring integrated, scalable, and robust enterprise solutions that drive operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead architecture design and technology strategy for Front office (CRM/Dynamics), Mid office (Procurement, WMX), and Back office (Oracle ERP) systems.
• Define and enforce architectural standards, design patterns, and best practices across multiple enterprise applications.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional teams, and development groups to translate requirements into scalable, maintainable solutions.
• Drive system integration strategies and oversee the implementation of APIs, middleware, and data exchange mechanisms.
• Evaluate current systems and propose modernization or re-architecture initiatives for improved performance and scalability.
• Ensure alignment of architecture with business objectives, security standards, and compliance requirements.
• Mentor technical teams and provide guidance on complex architectural and technical issues.
• Support vendor evaluation, proof of concept (POC) development, and technology roadmap planning.
