We are looking for a visionary Head - Technology to join our leadership team and shape the future of a fast-growing, service-based digital innovation company. You’ll be instrumental in driving our technical direction, innovation strategy, and long-term business growth, with a clear path to create meaningful wealth through significant equity ownership. With a 13-year legacy of delivering product innovation to Fortune 500 companies and startups, we are a profitable, bootstrapped, multi-million-dollar company operating across India, Singapore, the USA, and UAE. We’re now focused on 10X growth over the next 4 years—and we’re looking for a like-minded entrepreneurial partner to build with us.
This role offers a fixed compensation of ₹20LPA, variable pay of100%. On being promoted to partner, there will be significant ESOPs

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
- Shape and execute the company’s technical vision, closely aligned with business goals.
- Work alongside the other leadership team members to drive company-wide growth and transformation.
- Mentor and empower the technology leads and other technical leaders to cultivate a high-performing culture.
- Expand technical capabilities to address evolving client needs across sectors and geographies.
Growth and Innovation
- Lead adoption of cutting-edge technologies and foster a culture of innovation.
- Identify new revenue streams, markets, and service lines that can scale.
- Build frameworks for operational excellence, cost-efficiency, and high-impact delivery.
Technology Leadership
- Oversee the successful delivery of complex, cross-domain projects with architectural rigor.
- Ensure technical scalability, security, and maintainability across all client solutions.
- Partner with engineering leaders to uphold and evolve best practices.
Client and Market Engagement
- Represent the company as the key technical voice in strategic client conversations.
- Build deep, trust-based client relationships to drive long-term partnerships.
- Act as a thought leader in industry forums, strengthening our positioning and visibility.
Operational Excellence
- Institutionalize Agile and iterative development practices for consistent delivery.
- Drive continuous improvement in resource planning, timelines, and team productivity.
- Ensure smooth project handoffs with high quality and client satisfaction.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience
- 6+ years of leadership experience in service-based organizations,.
- Proven record of scaling services or tech consulting businesses, managing multi-disciplinary teams and complex projects.
- Strong grounding in the IT services or digital agency space, with broad industry exposure.
Technical Expertise
- Hands-on understanding of full-stack development, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and DevOps ecosystems.
- Skilled at designing scalable, secure, and enterprise-grade systems.
- Ability to lead and influence architectural decisions across projects and teams.
