Job Description
We are seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer to join our team and support enterprise-level initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with AWS cloud platforms, feature flag management (LaunchDarkly), and core DevOps practices. This role involves collaborating with development, infrastructure, and operations teams to streamline deployment pipelines, optimize cloud infrastructure, and improve software delivery efficiency.

Responsibilities
• Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines to ensure smooth software delivery.
• Configure, monitor, and optimize AWS cloud infrastructure for scalability, performance, and security.
• Implement and manage LaunchDarkly feature flags to support controlled feature rollouts and experimentation.
• Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to automate build, test, and deployment processes.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues across environments.
• Ensure best practices in infrastructure as code, automation, and DevOps methodologies.
• Support system reliability, scalability, and high availability through proactive monitoring and improvements.

Required Skills & Experience
• Strong hands-on experience with AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda, CloudFormation, etc.).
• Expertise in DevOps tools and practices (CI/CD pipelines, automation, infrastructure as code).
• Proficiency in LaunchDarkly for feature flag management.
• Experience with monitoring, logging, and troubleshooting in distributed environments.
• Strong scripting skills (Python, Bash, or similar).
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
