Job Summary:
SAP RTR BSA plays a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and optimizing SAP solutions that align with business goals. This role bridges the gap between business needs and technical execution, ensuring that SAP systems support strategic initiatives, particularly in finance and costing domains.
Key Responsibilities:
Solution Architecture & Strategy:
- SAP support for plant rollouts and financial operations enhancements.
- Resolve Incidents
- Align SAP systems with business processes and strategic goals.
Business Process Analysis:
- Document business requirements and delta designs for solution fit.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define and refine business process architecture.
Collaboration & Leadership:
- Work closely with developers, analysts, and business leaders to ensure solution alignment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Finance, or related field.
- 7+ years of experience in RTR SAP architecture and business systems analysis.
- Deep understanding of SAP S/4HANA and SAP Best Practices.
- Proven experience in finance modules such as Fixed Assets, AP, AR and General Ledger.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with integration tools and data architecture (SQL, Tidal, MuleSoft, Global Scape and Informatic etc.).
- Preferred Knowledge of SAP Costing processes and Margin Analysis.
