Requirements
• 8+ years of hands-on experience with major cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Strong knowledge of Linux/Unix system administration
• Experience with infrastructure as code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation, etc.)
• Familiarity with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Working knowledge of monitoring tools and observability platforms (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack, etc.)
• Basic scripting and automation skills (Bash, Python, PowerShell)
• Understanding of networking concepts in cloud environments (VPCs, subnets, security groups, load balancers)
• Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, etc.)
• Knowledge of security best practices for cloud environments
• Problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
Preferred Qualifications
• Cloud certifications (AWS Certified SysOps Administrator, Azure Administrator, GCP Professional Cloud Architect, etc.)
• Experience with database administration in cloud environments
• Knowledge of compliance frameworks (SOC2, HIPAA, PCI DSS, etc.)
• Experience with service mesh technologies (Istio, Linkerd, etc.)
• Familiarity with GitOps principles
• Experience with cost optimization in cloud environments
• Knowledge of disaster recovery principles and implementation
