Role: Lead Architect (DevOps & Solutions Architecture)
Location: Onsite – Mumbai, India
What You will Do
- Own the architecture of our cloud-based SaaS platform, making key technical decisions that support our ambitious growth and enterprise client needs.
- Get hands-on building and maintaining our AWS infrastructure, with an emphasis on automation, reliability, scalable design, and strong security practices.
- Lead best practices around CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure-as-code, system monitoring, and disaster recovery planning.
- Work alongside product, engineering, design, and security teams to translate business goals into robust, maintainable technical solutions.
- Shape and enforce our security strategy, ensuring compliance with industry standards such as SOC2 and GDPR.
- Mentor and guide our engineering team, sharing your expertise and helping foster a culture of technical excellence and continual learning.
- Stay curious and informed about emerging trends to keep our architecture and tools ahead of the curve.
What We are looking For
- 4+ years of deep experience in cloud architecture (preferably AWS), DevOps, and SaaS product environments.
- Strong expertise with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), cloud networking, and core security concepts.
- Proven skills in infrastructure as code using Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar tools.
- Solid experience building and managing CI/CD pipelines, monitoring frameworks, and optimizing cloud costs.
- Comfortable taking charge of complex technical discussions and making confident architectural decisions.
- Collaborative mindset with excellent communication skills and a knack for problem-solving.
- Startup or fast-paced environment experience is a big plus.
