We’re looking for a DevOps Engineer to join our team and drive infrastructure automation, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud scalability. This role offers the opportunity to work on mission-critical systems while collaborating with talented engineers in a dynamic environment.
What You’ll Do
- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, CircleCI)
- Build and manage infrastructure on AWS / Azure / GCP using Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform, CloudFormation)
- Containerize and orchestrate applications using Docker and Kubernetes (EKS, AKS, GKE)
- Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/EFK, Datadog, New Relic)
- Ensure infrastructure security & compliance (IAM, VPC, secrets management, vulnerability scanning)
- Automate configuration management with tools like Ansible, Chef, Puppet, or SaltStack
- Collaborate with engineering teams to optimize deployments, scalability, and system reliability
- Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and improve system resilience
- Participate in on-call rotation for critical incidents (if applicable)
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s/master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years professional experience as a DevOps Engineer, SRE, or related role
- Strong expertise in cloud platforms (AWS preferred) — EC2, ECS/EKS, RDS, Lambda, S3, CloudWatch
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, CircleCI)
- Proficiency with Docker and Kubernetes in production environments
- Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform, CloudFormation)
- Strong scripting skills (Python, Bash, or Go) for automation
- Familiarity with networking, security, and system administration fundamentals
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Nice to Have
- Experience with service mesh (Istio, Linkerd)
- Exposure to event-driven architectures (Kafka, RabbitMQ, SNS/SQS)
- Hands-on experience with serverless architectures (AWS Lambda, API Gateway)
- Knowledge of FinOps / cost optimization practices in cloud environments
- Prior experience supporting large-scale, high-traffic distributed systems
