Role Description
Job Title: Salesforce Technical Solutions Architect
Experience Range:12–18 years of total IT experience
Minimum 9 years in Salesforce solution architecture and hands-on implementation
Hiring Location: Bangalore, Chennai, Pune, Noida, Kochi, Trivandrum & Hyderabad
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture and solutioning of Salesforce implementations across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Platform, and Multi-cloud environments.
- Design and maintain end-to-end system landscape and integration strategies using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware platforms (e.g., MuleSoft), Platform Events, and Change Data Capture.
- Define and optimize Salesforce data models, including object relationships, custom metadata, LDV strategies, and field-level security.
- Enforce architectural governance around SSO, OAuth, API security, sharing models, and platform encryption.
- Provide hands-on development expertise with Apex, LWC, Aura, Triggers, Visualforce, and modern front-end frameworks.
- Drive DevOps practices using tools like Salesforce DX, Unlocked Packages, Metadata API, and CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub, Copado).
- Translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions in collaboration with business and product teams.
- Lead technical reviews, enforce coding standards, manage technical debt, and ensure solutions align with Salesforce governor limits.
- Guide and mentor development teams, serving as the go-to expert across Salesforce technologies and tools.
- Stay abreast of Salesforce product releases, platform innovations (e.g., Data Cloud, Einstein AI), and proactively evolve architecture standards.
Must-Have Technical Expertise
- Apex programming & triggers (asynchronous processing: Batch, Queueable, Future, TDD).
- Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura Components for building scalable UIs.
- Salesforce Data Modeling – schema design, indexing, large data volume (LDV) handling.
- Integration Architecture – hands-on with REST/SOAP, Named Credentials, middleware (MuleSoft/Boomi), Platform Events, and CDC.
- Salesforce Security – OAuth, SSO, Shield Encryption, sharing rules, FLS, and role hierarchies.
- DevOps Tools – Salesforce DX, Git, Copado, Jenkins, Unlocked Packages.
- Experience with CRM Analytics / Einstein Discovery, Reports & Dashboards.
- Hands-on experience in Experience Cloud for customer/partner portal and mobile enablement.
- Data Migration – designing and executing strategy for legacy to Salesforce migrations.
