Compensation: $130,000–$180,000/ year

A fast-growing fintech company is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to help lead secure, automated deployments of cloud-native applications. This role is central to the organization’s SOC → FedRAMP readiness efforts, supporting scalable, compliant deployments of event-driven microservices in Azure and Kubernetes.
Responsibilities
- Architect and maintain secure CI/CD pipelines for microservices in Azure and Kubernetes
- Champion DevSecOps practices to meet SOC and FedRAMP standards
- Deploy and manage containerized workloads and infrastructure-as-code solutions
- Partner with developers to ensure secure, efficient deployments
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize infrastructure for reliability and performance
- Maintain documentation to support compliance audits
Qualifications
- Senior-level DevOps or Platform Engineering experience
- Advanced skills with Azure cloud services and Kubernetes administration
- Strong knowledge of containerized microservices and messaging systems (Kafka)
- Experience with infrastructure-as-code and CI/CD automation tools
- Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as SOC and FedRAMP
- Startup mindset with strong collaboration skills
