WHAT YOU WILL DO:
As an
AWS Platform Engineer, you will design and implement cloud-native solutions using AWS, following client development standards and best practices. You’ll work across a range of delivery projects, integrating AWS services and maintaining infrastructure through code, automation, and observability tools.
6 Month Fixed term contract with the possibility to extend.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Design and develop cloud-native solutions using AWS and client standards
- Implement cloud infrastructure solutions and service integrations
- Create and maintain Infrastructure as Code for service deployment and configuration
- Develop and maintain automated testing and deployment pipelines
- Build and integrate AWS services including Lambda, CloudWatch, SQS, SNS, and Grafana
- Collaborate with internal teams and Technical Program Managers to ensure smooth project execution
- Maintain comprehensive technical documentation for systems and processes
ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:
- 5+ years of experience in cloud platform development for large-scale AWS environments
- Hands-on experience with AWS services including Lambda, CloudWatch, SQS, and SNS
- 5+ years of software development experience, preferably with Python
- 3+ years of experience with Infrastructure as Code and DevOps practices
- Experience with monitoring and observability platforms such as CloudWatch and Grafana
- 2+ years of experience with Cisco ThousandEyes
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
- This position is onsite in Seattle, WA.

Pay Range
$160,000—$175,000 USD
