Role Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced DevOps Engineer to design, build, and optimize cloud-based infrastructure and deployment pipelines. The role focuses on creating reliable, scalable, and efficient systems that support a variety of workloads. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with CI/CD, GitOps, containerization, orchestration, and AWS services, and will drive improvements in availability, security, and operational efficiency across complex systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with software and product teams to design and integrate applications, including AI-driven or SaaS services, from development through production.
- Build, optimize, and maintain CI/CD pipelines, leveraging GitOps principles and tools like ArgoCD to automate deployments and manage infrastructure declaratively.
- Design and manage infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools like Terraform or CloudFormation for scalable environments.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and enhance system performance, ensuring high availability and resilience across applications.
- Work with cross-functional teams to improve security, scalability, and operational reliability of infrastructure.
- Implement and manage containerization and orchestration technologies (Docker, Kubernetes,EKS) for deploying and scaling applications effectively.
- Evaluate and deploy cloud solutions that optimize resources, performance, and costs.
- Collaborate with development and operations teams to improve automation and streamline deployment processes.
- Implement and maintain configuration management practices to ensure consistency across multiple environments.
- Explore and adopt emerging tools and frameworks to continuously improve infrastructure, deployment pipelines, and AI-enabled workflows.
Key Requirements:
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience of 2–5 years as a DevOps Engineer or in a similar role.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (preferably AWS) and managing production workloads.
- Experience in deploying, scaling, and maintaining SaaS and Agentic applications.
- Exposure to GitOps practices and tools such as ArgoCD for declarative infrastructure management.
- Certifications such as AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Docker Certified Associate, Kubernetes Certified Administrator, or AWS Certified SysOps Administrator-Associate are highly valued.
Skills Required:
- Strong knowledge of CI/CD concepts and experience with tools such as GitHub, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or GitLab Actions.
- Familiarity with AWS cloud platform and experience with AWS services such as EC2, ECS, EKS, S3, Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, IAM, Terraform, Cognito, VPC, CloudWatch and CloudFormation.
- Proficiency in GitOps workflows and ArgoCD for automated deployments.
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and EKS for container orchestration.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Bash, Python, or YAML.
- Strong knowledge of Linux/Unix systems and system administration.
- Familiarity with monitoring, logging, and observability tools (CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana).
- Understanding of security best practices for cloud and DevOps environments.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Agile, proactive, and comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.

- Deploy and manage infrastructure using GitOps (ArgoCD), IaC (Terraform/CloudFormation), and container orchestration (Docker/Kubernetes).

- Monitor, troubleshoot, and enhance system performance across environments.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to implement robust, production-ready solutions.
