About the Role
We are looking for a proactive DevOps Engineer with 3+ years of hands-on experience to manage and scale our cloud infrastructure and production systems. This role is responsible for maintaining servers, automating deployment pipelines, and ensuring the reliability, performance, and security of platforms including cloud environments, containerized services, and CMS infrastructure (WordPress/Webflow).
You will work closely with engineering and product teams to streamline CI/CD workflows, improve system stability, and drive operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and maintain cloud infrastructure primarily on Microsoft Azure
• Administer Linux servers hosting WordPress and web applications
• Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or GitLab CI
• Deploy and manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes
• Automate infrastructure provisioning using Terraform or Ansible
• Optimize WordPress hosting environments for performance, uptime, and security
• Configure and manage Nginx/Apache web servers
• Implement monitoring and logging using Grafana, Azure Monitor, or similar tools
• Enforce system security best practices, patch management, and IAM policies
• Troubleshoot production incidents and perform root cause analysis
• Collaborate with engineering teams to improve build and deployment workflows
• Drive automation to reduce manual infrastructure operations
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
• 3+ years experience in DevOps or SRE roles
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure (mandatory)
• Experience managing Linux servers in production
• Solid understanding of Docker and Kubernetes
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools
• Proficiency in Bash or Python scripting
• Familiarity with Git version control
• Experience hosting and managing WordPress environments
• Knowledge of databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL/MongoDB)
• Experience with Nginx/Apache configuration
• Understanding of networking, load balancing, and cloud security best practices
