Job Description
A large financial services company is looking for a remote DevOps Engineer. The DevOps Engineer is responsible for developing Azure DevOps pipelines and designing, building, testing, and implementing solutions across DevOps systems, applications, networks, telecom environments, and related processes to support the organization’s operational goals. This role evaluates business and technical needs, provides modeling and simulation guidance to help stakeholders understand system functionality, and researches, recommends, and implements advanced technologies.
The DevOps Engineer ensures alignment with established technology standards and collaborates with senior leadership to recommend effective technical solutions. In addition to supporting existing systems, this position leads the technical execution of projects, including assigning resources and delegating tasks to ensure all project deliverables are met.
The hourly rate for this position is $75-$80 based on several factors including experience, education, etc. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 1st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.

Skills And Requirements
5+ years of recent Azure DevOps pipeline development
5_ years of agile (preferably SAFe)
Experience with CAF (cloud adoption framework)
Strong experience writing DevOps pipelines with either yaml or python
Experience with Terraform
Experience working in a financial or government regulated environment (Azure GovCloud and ZeroTrust preferred)
