Description
We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master with strong Azure DevOps experience to join our team. You will join a very experienced team of engineers focused on delivering quality solutions that propel our business forward. Leveraging your expertise in Project Management and Azure DevOps to empower the team to deliver quality solutions on time.
The Role:
Works with the Team’s Architect and Lead to design and implement team SCRUM processes in Azure DevOps.
Drives improvements in delivery cadence and quality through SCRUM methodologies
Holds the team accountable through SCRUM processes such as the Daily Stand Up
Motivates the team to deliver high quality solutions in line with delivery estimates.
Collaborates with the Team Lead to ensure team execution and performance are aligned with business objectives, both short and long-term.
Drives the team for continuous improvement and efficiency through collaboration and refinement of the team practices.
The Requirements:
- SME (Subject Matter Expert) in SCRUM delivery methodologies
- Expert level knowledge in Azure DevOps
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong ability to identify potential issues and dependencies early
- Strong attention to detail
- Expert level knowledge in the following technologies is a plus:
- Azure DevOps Release Calendars
- Azure DevOps Backlogs
- Azure DevOps Analytics Views
- Azure DevOps Delivery Plans
