Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in New York, NY, for a Cloud Engineer. The Cloud Engineer will design, implement, and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure solutions to support the organization's needs. Daily responsibilities include configuring and managing cloud platforms, troubleshooting infrastructure issues, optimizing performance, and ensuring security and compliance. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, automating processes, and staying updated on emerging cloud technologies to improve system efficiency and reliability.
Qualifications
- Experience with Cloud Computing technologies and tools, including cloud architecture, deployment, and management
- Strong knowledge in Infrastructure management and configuration
- Proficiency in Linux system administration
- Knowledge and experience with Databases, including their setup, maintenance, and optimization
- Experience in Software Development and familiarity with coding best practices
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams
- Familiarity with monitoring and automation tools is an advantage
- Relevant certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Azure certifications, or equivalent are highly desirable
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
