DevOps Engineer Cloud Platforms

We are hiring Mid to Senior Level DevOps Engineers with hands-on experience across cloud platforms, container orchestration, CI/CD automation, and Infrastructure as Code. This role supports multiple client environments and application platforms, helping teams build, deploy, and operate reliable, scalable, and secure systems. Positions may be remote, hybrid, or onsite, depending on project requirements.
Role Summary
The DevOps Engineer will design, implement, and support cloud infrastructure and deployment pipelines for modern applications. This role collaborates closely with software engineers, QA, security, and operations teams to improve system reliability, automation, and delivery efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, deploy, and support infrastructure on AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Deploy and operate containerized applications using Kubernetes, Docker, and Helm
- Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code using Terraform (primary), with exposure to CloudFormation or Bicep
- Build, optimize, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Jenkins
- Implement logging, monitoring, and alerting using Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, and cloud-native monitoring tools
- Automate provisioning, configuration, and operational tasks using Bash, PowerShell, or Python
- Implement cloud security best practices, including IAM, secrets management, encryption, and network controls
- Troubleshoot production issues, support deployments, and participate in incident response and root cause analysis
- Collaborate with development, QA, and security teams to support continuous delivery and platform stability
Core Technical Skills
- Hands-on experience with one or more cloud platforms:
- AWS (EC2, EKS, VPC, IAM, CloudWatch)
- Azure (AKS, App Services, VNets, Key Vault)
- GCP (GKE, Cloud Run, VPC, IAM)
- Strong experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and Helm
- Terraform experience, including modules and state management
- Proficiency with Git and modern CI/CD tools
- Solid understanding of cloud networking (VPC/VNet, DNS, firewalls, load balancers)
- Experience with monitoring and logging tools (cloud-native or open-source)
- Scripting and automation using Bash, PowerShell, or Python
Nice-to-Have Skills
- GitOps tools such as ArgoCD or Flux
- Experience with secrets management platforms (Vault or cloud-native solutions)
- Service mesh technologies (Istio, Linkerd)
- Exposure to Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices
- Cloud or DevOps certifications (AWS, Azure, GCP, Kubernetes)
Experience & Education
- 5 15 years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, Platform Engineering, or related roles
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
