Our client operates a highly secure cloud platform supporting mission-critical workloads. This engagement relates to the team, whose primary objective is to maintain and support observability infrastructure and monitoring tools that ensure platform reliability, security, and operational visibility across cloud infrastructure and services.
IF YOU ARE
- Experienced in DevOps and cloud infrastructure
- Comfortable working with observability tools such as Grafana, Splunk, or Datadog
- Familiar with AWS services such as EC2, RDS, and Lambda
- Exposed to Infrastructure as Code, preferably Terraform
- Familiar with CI/CD pipelines, including Jenkins and Git-based workflows
- Knowledgeable about Docker and containerized applications
- Comfortable working in Linux-based environments
- Possessing basic scripting skills (Bash and/or Python)
- Motivated to learn and grow in secure, regulated environments
- Authorized to work in the United States (US Citizen or Green Card Holder)
- Physically located within the United States territory
Would be a plus if you are:
- Familiar with monitoring, logging, or alerting concepts
- Exposed to compliance frameworks such as FedRAMP, SOC 2, or NIST
- Experienced in troubleshooting production systems
- Interested in SRE or platform engineering practices
AND YOU WANT TO
- Support and maintain observability platforms such as Grafana and Splunk
- Contribute to infrastructure provisioning and automation using Terraform
- Work with CI/CD pipelines to improve deployment reliability and consistency
- Operate and support AWS-based infrastructure and services
- Participate in incident investigation, monitoring improvements, and root cause analysis
- Collaborate with DevOps, SRE, and engineering teams to improve platform stability
- Grow your DevOps skills while working with modern cloud and automation tools
- Gain hands-on experience in a highly secured production environment

This posting includes an anticipated salary range that SoftServe expects to offer for this position. The range provided reflects the base salary only. Final compensation within this range will be determined based on a number of factors, including, but not limited to: geographic location, relevant experience, education, certifications, skills, budget, and market conditions.
The anticipated salary range for this role is 51,350 – 90,000 USD annually, in line with our internal compensation framework and budget allocation for the role. Most candidates are offered a salary within this disclosed range. If the role is eligible for a variable pay plan, this would be considered separately and may provide additional earnings beyond the base salary range reflected here.
