Job Title: Lead/Manager SRE/DevOps Consultant (GCP focused)

Required Qualifications
- Proven experience managing large-scale operations or engineering teams within an enterprise or managed services environment.
- Strong hands-on expertise with GCP, including comfort with GCP-native services, monitoring, governance, and operational tooling.
- Familiarity with multi-cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure) and hybrid architecture.
- Demonstrated leadership across direct, matrixed, vendor, and consultant teams.
- Background in FinOps or experience supporting financial operations in cloud environments (financial services experience a plus).
- Solid understanding of Agile methodologies, with hands-on use of Jira.
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lead initiatives independently, enforce accountability, and drive operational excellence across diverse technical teams.
