Role: Devops Lead (Kubernetes)
Experience Range: 6 to 12 Years

Must Have:
- Kubernetes: Strong experience in designing, managing, and troubleshooting Kubernetes clusters. Solid understanding of Kubernetes core concepts, including Pods, Services, Namespaces, Deployments, Replica Sets, StatefulSets, and Helm.
- Kubernetes Cluster Management: Experience with the setup, scaling, and high-availability maintenance of Kubernetes clusters.
- Helm: Practical experience using Helm to manage Kubernetes applications, create, and deploy Helm charts.
Good to Have:
- CI/CD: Experience working with Jenkins, Bitbucket Pipelines, or other CI/CD tools to automate build, test, and deployment processes in Kubernetes environment.
- Containerization: Proficiency in containerization technologies like Docker and container orchestration with Kubernetes.
Essential:
