Job Title: DevOps Engineer (1+ Years Experience)

We are looking for a **DevOps Engineer** with strong hands-on skills in **Docker, AWS, and CI/CD (Jenkins)** to help us build a **secure, scalable, and production-ready cloud infrastructure**.
Role Overview
As a DevOps Engineer, you will be responsible for **end-to-end deployment, containerization, CI/CD automation, and cloud infrastructure management** for INBO applications.
You will ensure **secure, reliable, and zero-downtime deployments** across environments.
Key Responsibilities
1. Cloud Infrastructure (AWS)
* Setup and manage AWS services (EC2, RDS, S3, IAM, VPC)
* Configure networking, security groups, load balancing, and access control
* Deploy and manage applications on AWS environments (Dev/Stage/Prod)
2. Containerization (Hands-on Required)
* Build and manage **Docker containers for backend (Spring Boot) and frontend (React)**
* Create and maintain **Dockerfiles and Docker Compose setups**
* Optimize container performance and resource usage
* Debug container-level issues (logs, networking, ports, dependencies)
3. CI/CD Pipeline (Jenkins Mandatory)
* Design and manage **Jenkins pipelines** for build, test, and deployment
* Automate code integration and deployment workflowsu
* Implement **version control-based deployments** (branch-based environments)
* Ensure rollback and release management strategies
4. Deployment & Release Management
* Perform **end-to-end application deployment on AWS using Docker**
* Manage **multi-service deployments** and environment configurations
* Ensure **zero-downtime deployment strategies** (rolling updates)
5. Security (Code + Infrastructure)
* Implement **secure coding and deployment practices**
* Manage secrets using **environment variables / secret managers**
* Configure **IAM roles, least privilege access, and security groups**
* Ensure application security (HTTPS, SSL, API protection)
* Identify and fix **security vulnerabilities in code and infrastructure**
6. Monitoring & Logging
* Setup and monitor logs using **CloudWatch / ELK / Grafana**
* Track application performance and uptime
* Troubleshoot production issues proactively
7. Troubleshooting & Support
* Debug deployment, infrastructure, and container issues
* Work closely with backend/frontend teams to resolve integration problems
* Maintain documentation for deployments and infrastructure
Required Skills
Technical Skills (Must Have)
* Hands-on experience with **Docker (container creation, debugging, deployment)**
* Strong knowledge of **AWS (EC2, RDS, S3, IAM, VPC)**
* Experience with **Jenkins CI/CD pipelines (setup + maintenance)**
* Good understanding of **Linux and server management**
* Experience with **Git (branching, version control workflows)**
Security Skills (Mandatory)
* Understanding of **secure deployment practices**
* Knowledge of **IAM roles, access control, and security groups**
* Experience in handling **secrets and environment variables securely**
* Basic knowledge of **application security (HTTPS, API security, authentication)**
Good to Have
* Knowledge of **Terraform (Infrastructure as Code)**
* Experience with **Kubernetes / ECS**
* Understanding of **networking (DNS, SSL, Load Balancer)**
* Experience with **monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana)**
