Sr. Systems Administrator (Lead DevOps / Automation SME)
Location: Pune | Experience: 8–10 Years | Work Mode: Hybrid
We are looking for a Senior Systems Administrator to lead DevOps and infrastructure automation initiatives across hybrid environments. The role involves designing and implementing scalable automation solutions using VMware Aria Automation and Orchestrator, integrating with ServiceNow, and driving operational excellence.
The ideal candidate will have strong scripting skills (Python, PowerShell, JavaScript, Bash), deep expertise in infrastructure automation, networking (DNS/DHCP/IPAM), and experience mentoring teams. This position requires hands-on leadership, ownership of automation strategy, and ensuring high reliability in a 24×7 support environment.
Key Focus: Automation at scale, DevOps leadership, ITSM integration, and continuous improvement.
