Supports Truist's Cloud Enablement Engineering team by helping internal developer teams build securely and efficiently in the cloud through automation, tooling, and hands-on technical guidance.

In this role, you will support internal teams building on AWS and Azure, helping them adopt Enterprise-supported Terraform modules and GitLab CI/CD pipelines. You'll contribute to automation, self-service tooling, and documentation that simplifies cloud adoption across the organization, all within a collaborative, Agile team that values developer empathy, continuous learning, and technical excellence.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities

- Help internal developer teams navigate and adopt cloud tools, including Enterprise-supported Terraform modules and GitLab CI/CD pipelines, becoming a go-to resource over time.
- Serve as a first point of contact in support channels and office hours, resolving developer questions and blockers in a timely and customer-focused manner.
- Identify patterns in developer pain points and contribute to automating or streamlining those processes to improve the overall developer experience.
- Write and maintain technical documentation, lab exercises, and Confluence guides that help developers self-serve and troubleshoot independently.
- Contribute code to support internal automation and tooling using Python and/or front-end technologies such as TypeScript, React, or Vue.
- Use SQL and cloud data warehouse tools to support data-driven decisions around adoption trends and enablement priorities.
- Participate actively in Agile ceremonies and collaborate with teammates across platform, security, and application teams.
- Share reusable solutions, templates, and learnings back to the broader engineering community.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree and five years of experience in development or application support or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
- In- depth knowledge in information systems and ability to identify, apply, and implement best practices.
- Understanding of key business processes and competitive strategies related to the IT function.
- Ability to plan and manage projects.
- Ability to solve complex problems by applying best practices.
- Ability to provide direction and mentor less experienced teammates.
- Ability to interpret and convey complex, difficult, or sensitive information.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree and five years of experience in development or application support or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
- Exposure to AWS or Azure ,an AWS Cloud Practitioner certification is a plus but not required.
- Basic familiarity with Terraform or Infrastructure as Code concepts, willingness to learn is what matters most.
- Any experience with CI/CD pipelines or GitLab, even through academic or personal projects.
- Coding ability in Python and/or TypeScript, React, or Vue through coursework, internships, or personal projects.
- Comfort with basic SQL and working with data to tell a story.
- Strong written communication skills , you enjoy explaining complex things simply.
- Familiarity with Agile ways of working.
