Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior DevOps Engineer to join in managing and optimizing the cloud infrastructure. This role involves designing and maintaining secure, scalable, and fault-tolerant systems on Kubernetes and Google Cloud Platform. The ideal candidate will collaborate across teams to accelerate the development, deployment, and operation of innovative blockchain and financial services infrastructure in a fast-paced startup environment.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years relevant experience managing Kubernetes and cloud resources (GCP preferred)
- Strong proficiency with Linux systems, databases such as PostgreSQL and Redis
- Expertise in Terraform and Helm for infrastructure as code and Kubernetes package management
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools like GitHub Actions and ArgoCD
- Skilled in secret management solutions, including GCP Secret Manager and Hardware Security Modules (HSMs)
- Excellent communication skills, both technical and high-level
- Bachelor’s (or Master’s) degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience
Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, and maintain secure, scalable cloud systems on Kubernetes and GCP
- Develop and manage automated CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and ArgoCD
- Implement security controls including GCP Armor policies and secret lifecycle management
- Integrate HSMs for cryptographic key protection and manage secrets securely
- Oversee log management and observability using GCP Cloud Logging and Datadog
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver new features within set timeframes
