📋 Job Description
The AWS Cloud Platform Engineer will be responsible for building and managing a secure, scalable, and resilient cloud infrastructure. The role involves designing AWS landing zones, managing multi-account environments, and implementing governance and security best practices across cloud platforms.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain AWS Landing Zone architecture
- Manage multi-account environments using AWS Organizations
- Implement governance frameworks, guardrails, and security policies
- Design and manage IAM roles, policies, and permission boundaries
- Architect high availability and disaster recovery solutions across regions and availability zones
- Monitor cloud resource utilization and optimize costs
- Deploy and manage AWS services including EC2, RDS, EBS, S3, and Load Balancers
- Implement backup, disaster recovery, and data protection strategies
- Manage patching, system updates, and infrastructure maintenance
- Troubleshoot network and infrastructure issues in collaboration with support teams
- Ensure platform security, compliance, and operational stability
🎓 Qualification & Certification
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- AWS certifications (preferred)
