ROLE: Cloud Engineer (Azure / AliCloud)
We are looking for a Cloud Engineer to support and manage cloud infrastructure across Azure and AliCloud environments. This role is open to candidates with varying levels of experience, working on enterprise cloud platforms and hybrid environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Azure and AliCloud infrastructure operations
- Troubleshoot cloud and hybrid connectivity issues
- Manage and maintain AKS / ACK clusters
- Monitor cloud performance, usage, and cost optimization
- Support disaster recovery (DR) planning and validation
- Review firewall, networking, and routing configurations
- Assist with cloud security, governance, and access controls
- Work with vendors and internal teams on issue resolution
- Support capacity planning and workload optimization
- Maintain documentation, SOPs, and configurations
- Participate in automation and continuous improvement initiatives
Skills & Experience
- Experience with Azure services (Firewall, ExpressRoute, AGW, AKS)
- Exposure to AliCloud (ACK, RDS, networking services) is a plus
- Knowledge of cloud networking, security, and governance
- Familiarity with SQL (Azure SQL / SQL MI or similar)
- Understanding of container platforms (Kubernetes)
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Nice to Have
- Experience in hybrid cloud environments
- Exposure to cost optimization tools and practices
- Basic scripting or automation knowledge
