Position: DevOps Engineer – Work From Office (Noida)
We are seeking a talented DevOps Engineer with 2 years of experience to join our dynamic team. This full-time role, based in our Noida office, will focus on building, automating, and maintaining scalable cloud infrastructure, deployment pipelines, and reliable production systems that support our cutting-edge AI and sustainability platforms.
Responsibilities:
Infrastructure Management:
Design, deploy, and maintain scalable, secure, and highly available infrastructure on AWS to support development and production environments.
CI/CD & Automation:
Build, manage, and optimize CI/CD pipelines for seamless code integration, testing, and deployment. Automate repetitive operational tasks to improve efficiency and reliability.
Containerization & Orchestration:
Work with Docker and container-based environments to package and deploy applications consistently across systems. Experience with orchestration tools such as Kubernetes is a plus.
Monitoring & Reliability:
Set up and manage monitoring, logging, and alerting systems to ensure uptime, system reliability, and quick incident response. Proactively identify and resolve performance bottlenecks.
Cloud Security & Compliance:
Implement best practices for cloud security, access control, secrets management, backup strategies, and infrastructure hardening.
Linux & Server Administration:
Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot Linux-based servers, networking, and cloud services to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
Collaborate closely with software engineers, data scientists, and product teams to streamline deployment workflows, improve developer productivity, and support infrastructure needs.
Documentation & Process Improvement:
Maintain clear documentation for infrastructure, deployment processes, and operational runbooks. Continuously improve DevOps practices and system architecture.
Qualifications:
Educational Background:
B.Tech/M.Tech in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience:
2 years of hands-on experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or Site Reliability Engineering roles.
Cloud Expertise:
Strong working knowledge of AWS services such as EC2, S3, IAM, CloudWatch, VPC, RDS, and related infrastructure tools.
CI/CD & Automation Skills:
Experience in building and managing CI/CD pipelines using tools such as GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or similar platforms.
Containerization:
Hands-on experience with Docker and familiarity with container orchestration tools like Kubernetes or ECS is preferred.
Linux & Scripting:
Strong understanding of Linux systems administration and scripting using Bash, Python, or similar languages.
Infrastructure as Code:
Experience with Terraform, CloudFormation, or other infrastructure-as-code tools will be an added advantage.
Problem-Solving Skills:
Excellent troubleshooting, analytical thinking, and debugging skills with a proactive approach to system reliability and optimization.
Team Player:
Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced agile environment.
Preferred:
Experience supporting AI/ML workloads, managing RAG-based systems, or working with data-intensive cloud applications will be considered a plus.
